  FAQ’s

  What is included in the rent?
  Your are provided with garbage pick, a PO box conveniently located on the grounds, on-site maintenance, and on-site management.  Utilities are the tenants responsibility.

  What are the requirements to be approved?
  You must meet the income requirements and have a steady job.

  Terms of the Lease?
  We do require a 1 year minimum.  After the 1 year has expired your contract simply goes month to month.

  Will my rent increase?
